Here is what you need to know about the Cedar Valley's housing market.
1. We are starting to see more activity in the market for sellers and buyers. In March, homes sold with an Oakridge Realtor sold for 3% MORE and 16 days FASTER when compared to homes sold by others in the Cedar Valley (MLS).
2. Cedar Valley Inventory - Take a look at 2023 compared to 2019 inventory of homes.
